l8444 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on the l8444 Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are and will remain true at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. l8444 applies a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not operating the account on behalf of another person, company, or organisation.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and up to date. You accept an obligation to promptly update your account details in the event that any information changes.
• You are not prohibited from gambling or participating in online gaming activities by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or voluntary self-exclusion programme that you have previously enrolled in.

l8444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any associated funds, subject to applicable law. You must hold only one account on the Platform; multiple accounts registered by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed without refund of deposited funds.

To access the full range of Platform features, including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and request withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process and, where requested, satisfy l8444's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identity document, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of your registered mobile number, which must be active, registered in your own name, and capable of receiving SMS-based one-time passwords (OTP).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, where required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Any additional documentation that l8444 reasonably requires to verify your identity, age, or the source of your deposited funds.

l8444 treats all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of documents does not guarantee account approval; l8444 reserves the right to decline or close accounts where verification requirements cannot be met or where we have reason to believe the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

l8444 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile financial services and bank transfer methods. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming purposes. l8444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, the use of stolen payment credentials, or any form of payment manipulation.

l8444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees or charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your chosen payment method; l8444 has no control over third-party provider fee structures.

l8444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which are supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any funds derived from a bonus (including winnings generated from bonus play) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay on the Platform and cannot be directly transferred, converted to cash, or withdrawn without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• l8444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect a wagering requirement that a player has already partly fulfilled.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins that exceed the stated cap will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the l8444 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) software sourced from verified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of l8444 and cannot be influenced by the Platform, by l8444 staff, or by any player action outside the normal mechanics of the game. The following gameplay rules apply to all users:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where an obvious technical fault has caused an incorrect outcome, in which case l8444 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players — including any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or disadvantage other participants — is prohibited. l8444 monitors gameplay patterns and will investigate suspected collusion; confirmed cases will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• In the event of a Platform technical failure that interrupts a game session, l8444 will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption where technically feasible. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

l8444 reserves the right to suspend or void any game, event, or bet where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, data feed error, or any other circumstance that would render the outcome of the game or event unfair or unreliable. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to players' account balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your l8444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify l8444 support immediately at [email protected]. l8444 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your l8444 account and must not reuse a password that you use for other websites or services. l8444 recommends changing your password periodically as a precautionary security measure.

l8444 employs industry-standard SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and data transmissions. However, l8444 cannot be held responsible for security breaches that result from a user's own failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, device, or network connection.

l8444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. By using the Platform you acknowledge the following:

• Gaming on the Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that there is a risk of financial loss associated with gambling and that l8444 does not guarantee any winnings or financial return from participation in any game or bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of l8444, except as may be necessary in the normal course of accessing the Platform through your web browser.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l8444 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial loss arising from gaming or betting activity on the Platform, including the loss of deposited funds or expected winnings.
• Any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, interruptions to game sessions, or errors in data transmission, where such events are beyond the reasonable control of l8444.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content available on the Platform, including game guides, promotional material, or odds data, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or betting advice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude l8444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other respects, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

l8444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to bonus wagering requirements, payment processing terms, or eligibility criteria — l8444 will endeavour to notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting l8444 support. Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your real-money wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

l8444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where l8444 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to l8444 or to other users of the Platform. In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, l8444 reserves the right to withhold some or all account balances pending investigation.
